		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m a firm believer in the seedling heat mats - they jump my seeds in half the time I would normally wait, and I leave them on the mats until they get a couple of sets of true leaves.  My house isn&#039;t warm either, and those mats do the trick.  They can run about $30 - not cheap but if you take care of them they last a few years.  Although you could get them on-line I try to buy them from a local shop.]]></description>
